A little bag I made for a white elephant gift exchange at school. It has vinyl inside. I put lots of hard work into it, but unfortunately I got the worst gift. It’s a free bracelet anybody can get at this game place. Soooo irritating that people even put that kind of stuff into the exchange. Well I guess I just had really bad luck. :(

So these are our Halloween costumes from this year! Yay! Sorry this post is so late… Well anyway, we were Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog! I did make the costumes. For Sonic I made the jacket and added spikes to the hood. The hood turned out really heavy though and it wouldn’t stay on my head. :( You can’t really see the spikes in these pictures, but they are there. For Shadow I took an already made black jacket and added spikes, ears, and fur. Sorry I look kinda freaky in the second picture. :p

I took a set of 4 cake decorating classes last month. It was really fun!!! It was an adult class though, so I was the only kid. :P The pics are in the order that I made the cakes. I did decorate and bake all the cakes. The last cake has a basket weave on the side, so it looks like a basket. :D I made all the flowers out of frosting and I let them harden for a week. I also made a replica of the last cake for my friend Caitlyn’s birthday. The only difference then was that her cake was red velvet and the frosting was different. This class was really fun and I took it at Glorias Cake and Candy Supplies in Culver City.

This is my favorite pot out of the most recent set of pots. When I was trimming it was still a little wet, so I was able to experiment a little with it. First of all I tapped the sides of the bottom, so the bottom is kind of square. The other thing I did was put stamps on it and I made a scene with butterflies, dragonflies, a bird, a flower, and the sun. Then I brushed it with blue wash instead of dipping it in glaze.

The most recent set of pots I made. I hand trimmed all of these pots, so they look kinda cool.

More pots that I made.

All of the pottery I have done so far.

I also crocheted this, this past summer. It took lots of hard work and time. It is called an amigurumi. It is the very first one I made and my mom is already saying that I should custom make them for people. I don’t think so. It’s too much work.
I used an amigurumi book with a pattern and crocheted each piece of the body separately. Then I stuffed each piece and put the eyes and nose on the face and muzzle. Then I sewed all the pieces together. -
These are all things that I crocheted this past summer. They are all dish scrubbers.
-
I made all of these and gave them to my family for Christmas.
